Terms & Conditions — Book an Appointment

1. Bookings

By completing a booking through this website you agree to these terms. Each appointment slot is 90 minutes in duration. Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received and you have been sent a confirmation email.

2. Payment

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. The fee is charged at the time of booking. Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable taxes.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility is considered on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to cancel appointments and will issue a full refund in such cases.

4. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a session if conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive. In such cases no refund will be issued.

5. Liability

We are not liable for any losses arising from the use of this service beyond the amount paid for the booking in question.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the booking service constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
